Make a meaningful impact in students' lives as a dedicated School Psychologist for a contract assignment in a vibrant, supportive educational community near Eden Prairie, MN. This role will cover two consecutive maternity leaves and offers both onsite and remote (VOCO) opportunities, creating flexibility and work-life balance for the right professional.

In this position, you’ll provide comprehensive psychological services, including student evaluations, consultation, and direct support. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, as well as Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) based on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA). Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to ensure every student you support is set up for academic, social, and emotional success. You’ll also help maintain full compliance with all federal and state regulations that govern special education services.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Holds an active Minnesota School Psychologist certification/licensure
  • Proven experience with IEP goal development and PBSPs utilizing FBAs
  • Strong understanding of and ability to interpret/apply state and federal education regulations
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and consultation skills
  • Proactive, organized, and student-focused approach

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
  • Consult with staff and parents about student needs and intervention strategies
  • Lead or participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
  • Support the development, monitoring, and revision of IEPs and PBSPs
  • Deliver both in-person and virtual services as needed
