In this role, you’ll provide expertise in assessment, consultation, and intervention, working closely with educators, families, and related service professionals to ensure every student receives the resources and support they need to thrive.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Wisconsin
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Strong knowledge of learning and behavioral assessment techniques, including cognitive, achievement, and social-emotional evaluations
  • Previous experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for educational planning
  • Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs and interventions
  • Develop and support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
  • Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) processes
  • Offer counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
  • Monitor and document student progress, collaborating with staff for optimal outcomes
