What we’re seeking:
- Valid New Jersey School Psychologist certification (required)
- Prior experience working with adolescents in a school setting
- In-depth understanding of assessment tools and evaluation techniques
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, families, and students
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive school environment
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for referred students
- Participating in eligibility and IEP meetings as part of the Child Study Team
- Consulting with parents, staff, and administrators to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Developing intervention strategies and supporting individualized student plans
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and adhering to all state and district guidelines
