Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Strong foundational knowledge of psychological assessments, intervention strategies, and special education processes
• Experience collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychoeducational assessments
• Interpret and communicate assessment results with students, families, and staff
• Collaborate with educators to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
• Work with administrators to address school-wide issues related to behavior, learning, and mental health
• Offer support and workshops for parents and teachers on relevant topics related to student well-being
• Maintain documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
