Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification required
• Experience working in an educational or K-12 setting, with a strong understanding of child development
• Ability to conduct assessments, interpret results, and provide recommendations to support student progress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and community partners
• Strong organizational abilities, including time management and attention to detail
• Comfort with diverse student populations and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement student-centered intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on the creation of effective education plans
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
• Work with teachers and staff to promote positive behavioral supports
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and generate reports as required
• Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure best practices
