Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including administering and interpreting tests for elementary students.
  • Complete detailed, timely report writing to support educational planning and intervention.
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to create data-driven strategies that address diverse student needs.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams focused on student success.
  • Offer crisis intervention and social-emotional support as appropriate.
  • Support the implementation of Response to Intervention (RTI) and special education eligibility processes.

Qualifications:

  • Valid and current School Psychologist certification recognized by the state.
  • Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or closely related field.
  • Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting, preferably with elementary populations.
  • Strong skills in evaluation, report writing, and analyzing assessment data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a supportive district team.
