Key Qualifications:

  • Hold current Illinois School Psychologist Certification
  • Experience performing comprehensive student evaluations and observations
  • Skilled in conducting push-in group interventions and providing in-class support
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and attending multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Ability to work effectively across a range of ages and developmental needs (K-21 years)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic evaluations to assess student needs
  • Perform classroom observations, providing insights and recommendations for support strategies
  • Implement push-in group sessions aimed at enhancing social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Attend and contribute to meetings focused on student progress and support services
  • Maintain thorough, compliant records and participate in ongoing case management
