School Psychologist - Elgin, IL

You will address a wide range of student needs, with grade levels and exact caseload to be determined based on district needs. What we’re seeking:

• Valid PEL with School Psychologist endorsement (Illinois)
• Previous experience as a school psychologist preferred, especially within PreK-8 environments
• Comfort working with varied grade levels and adapting to changing caseloads
• Strong skills in assessments, counseling, consultation, and IEP participation
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for eligibility and program development
• Provide direct intervention services, including counseling and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to shape student success
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and support the implementation of specialized education plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation while adhering to state and district policies
