Key Qualifications:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
- Previous experience as a school psychologist, preferably in a PreK-8 school environment
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in dynamic settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Offer direct support services and consultation to staff, families, and students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and specialists to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support crisis intervention, problem-solving, and data-driven decisions to enhance student well-being
