Desired Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist license and Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• Experience working in elementary settings strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively assess and support students within an onsite, school-based environment
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and best practices in school psychology
• Commitment to supporting diverse students and promoting a positive school climate

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations for special education services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with school staff and families
• Offer direct interventions and counseling to students as needed
• Consult with teachers and administrators to support student achievement and well-being
• Facilitate crisis intervention and provide behavioral support strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with both regulatory and district requirements
• Be present onsite at Bardwell Elementary (and potentially Brady Elementary)
