Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Proven experience working with school-aged children and multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of special education processes, behavioral interventions, and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for intervention planning
  • Develop and help implement IEPs and behavior support plans in collaboration with educational teams
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
  • Offer consultation and training to school staff and families on student mental health, learning needs, and crisis response
  • Assist with preventative mental health programs and positive behavioral supports
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
