Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Professional experience in a school environment
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, data interpretation, and intervention strategies
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide recommendations for instructional and behavioral interventions
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student needs
  • Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) processes
  • Deliver direct and indirect services to students, including counseling as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
