Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Hands-on experience in a school setting, preferably spanning PreK through elementary grades
- Strong proficiency with case management and counseling for students with diverse needs
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with both students and faculty
- Excellent communication, assessment, and intervention planning skills
- Commitment to fostering social-emotional growth and academic progress
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated caseload of approximately 40-50 students, focusing on comprehensive case coordination
- Provide individual and small group counseling for 2-8 students, with an emphasis on evidence-based support
- Conduct thorough assessments, facilitate data-driven interventions, and develop actionable, student-centered plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to deliver cohesive support services
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs
- Engage in preventive initiatives and promote a positive, inclusive school climate
