Key Qualifications:

  • Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification (required)
  • Experience managing a caseload of 50-100 initial evaluations annually
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable
  • Prior experience working in middle and/or high school settings is preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret evaluation data for student learning and behavioral needs
  • Consult with teachers, families, and administrators regarding student interventions and support plans
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and help develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and short-term support for students as needed
  • Foster a safe and inclusive school climate that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth
