Key Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification (required)
- Experience managing a caseload of 50-100 initial evaluations annually
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable
- Prior experience working in middle and/or high school settings is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret evaluation data for student learning and behavioral needs
- Consult with teachers, families, and administrators regarding student interventions and support plans
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and help develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and short-term support for students as needed
- Foster a safe and inclusive school climate that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth
