What we’re looking for:

• Valid School Psychologist credential/license
• Previous experience or strong knowledge working with elementary-aged students
• Proven ability to deliver direct and consultative psychological services in an educational setting
• Comfortable administering psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and related service professionals
• Strong organizational, communication, and report-writing skills
• Understanding of SDC (Special Day Class) models and experience supporting students with moderate support needs preferred

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for referred students
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development and monitoring of student goals
• Providing counseling and behavioral interventions when needed
• Collaborating with educators to design and implement strategies supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth
• Serving as an advocate for students’ educational rights and well-being
• Assisting with crisis intervention and behavior support planning as necessary
