You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams within general education, SDC (Special Day Class), and learning support classrooms. Flexible scheduling options enable you to manage your caseload effectively while working in an engaging and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis management for students from TK through grade 5
• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to create positive, supportive learning environments
• Deliver direct and indirect services in a variety of classroom settings, including TK/K SDC, learning support, and moderate SDC classrooms
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to develop student interventions and monitor progress
• Support school-wide initiatives to promote social-emotional wellness and positive behavior

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid and current School Psychologist credential
• Experience with elementary-age populations, particularly TK-5
• Familiarity with SDC, learning support, and inclusive classroom models
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices

This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate of $55-$65, reflecting your expertise and impact.
