Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ needs and eligibility for services
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support to students
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of IEPs and intervention plans
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding psychological assessments and interventions
• Support the creation of a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and workshops
