What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments and developing academic interventions
  • Strong skills in counseling, consultation, and collaboration with students, staff, and families
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and written/oral communication skills
  • Understanding of IEP processes, special education law, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
  • Compassionate, culturally responsive approach to student support

Your Impactful Contributions:

  • Assess students using standardized and informal tools to determine eligibility for special services
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement individual education and intervention plans
  • Provide direct counseling and skill-building services to students
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Serve as an integral member of multidisciplinary teams for IEP and eligibility meetings
  • Contribute to positive school climate by offering crisis intervention, staff consultations, and teacher trainings
