Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting results
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education guidelines
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working across diverse student populations and age ranges

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in eligibility determinations for special education services
  • Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students as needed
  • Consult with educators and families to implement effective strategies for student success
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on student development and mental health concerns
