Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Demonstrated experience providing assessments and interventions in K-12 settings
  • Strong knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) practices
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills with educators and families
  • Ability to interpret psychoeducational assessment data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Compassion, adaptability, and commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across all grade levels
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral and academic intervention plans
  • Facilitate crisis response, prevention programs, and individual or group counseling
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to eligibility determination
  • Advocate for student well-being and mental health initiatives within the school community
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with ethical and legal standards
