Desired Qualifications:

  • Current certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with students in grades K-6 (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and behavioral interventions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct assessments, write reports, and lead meetings with parents and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform psychoeducational evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies for academic, social, and emotional support
  • Counsel students individually or in small groups to address behavioral or learning challenges
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on effective support plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for special education services
  • Maintain detailed records and comply with all ethical and legal guidelines
