Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Appropriate state certification or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong understanding of RTI/MTSS frameworks, behavioral interventions, and IEP development
• Outstanding communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Compassionate and adaptable with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
• Prior K-12 school-based experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention for students
• Analyze assessment data to identify educational and behavioral needs
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
• Participate as a valued member in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary teams
• Promote and support safe and healthy school climates
• Provide staff training and consultation on mental health and behavior management
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with school policies and legal requirements
