Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Appropriate state certification or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Strong understanding of RTI/MTSS frameworks, behavioral interventions, and IEP development
- Outstanding communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate and adaptable with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Prior K-12 school-based experience preferred
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention for students
- Analyze assessment data to identify educational and behavioral needs
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Participate as a valued member in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary teams
- Promote and support safe and healthy school climates
- Provide staff training and consultation on mental health and behavior management
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with school policies and legal requirements
