Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or license (state requirements must be met)
• Previous experience with elementary-level students preferred
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, MTSS/RTI frameworks, and FBA/BIP implementation
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite throughout the school year (remote work is not an option)

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
• Collaborate with IEP teams to develop strategies and interventions supporting student success
• Deliver individual and group counseling to students as needed
• Support social-emotional learning initiatives within the school
• Consult with educators and staff regarding behavioral support and classroom management
• Maintain clear, timely records and reports in compliance with district and state policies
