Role Responsibilities:

- Provide direct consultation and support to students identified as needing behavioral or academic intervention
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate IEPs in partnership with school staff and families
- Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, share expert recommendations, and provide leadership on mental health initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date records and comply with all relevant federal and state regulations
