Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure
• Background in psychological services for elementary-aged children
• Strong proficiency in assessment tools, testing, and reporting
• Effective communication skills with diverse students, families, and staff
• Experience designing and implementing academic and behavioral interventions
• Ability to manage a full elementary caseload with professionalism and compassion
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, administration, and other specialists

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Deliver direct and consultative services for students on your elementary caseload
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Participate actively in school multidisciplinary teams and problem-solving processes
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling support as needed
• Engage with families and educators to share insights and strategies for student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
