School Psychologist - Elkhorn, Nebraska

Based near Elkhorn, NE, this position spans the academic year from August 10, 2026, through May 25, 2027. With full-time hours between 37.5 and 40 per week (Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM), there’s flexibility to complete paperwork tasks from home, offering a hybrid work model.

Desired Experience & Skills:

• Valid state certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience with cognitive and academic assessments
• Familiarity with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and conducting initial evaluations
• Understanding of the Student Support Team (SST) process
• Strong organizational skills to manage frequent testing
• Proficiency with Q-Interactive digital assessment platform
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a high volume of cognitive and academic evaluations
• Perform initial functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) as needed
• Participate actively in the SST process and team meetings
• Provide professional recommendations based on data gathered through testing and observation
• Complete documentation and reports accurately and efficiently, with the option to do this remotely
• Communicate findings to educational teams and guardians, supporting positive student outcomes
