Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience with psychological assessments, counseling, and behavior intervention plans
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Prior school-based experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to meet their unique needs
  • Advocate for students’ well-being and contribute to a positive school climate
  • Offer consultation to staff and parents regarding learning and behavioral concerns
