Make an impact over the full academic year as a dedicated School Psychologist supporting students’ growth and achievement. This contract opportunity offers a flexible hybrid schedule and plenty of variety, working closely with educational professionals to help students thrive.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid Ohio School Psychologist credential/license
- Experience in assessment, intervention, and counseling within school settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Familiarity with IEP development, MTSS/RTI processes, and supporting diverse student populations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and provide detailed written reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise for student success
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and supports
- Consult with staff and families regarding strategies to address behavioral, social, or learning needs
- Support IEP and 504 plan development, progress monitoring, and data collection
- Deliver counseling or direct services as needed for students with emotional or behavioral challenges
- Champion crisis intervention and prevention programming
- Engage in ongoing professional development
Role Details & Perks:
- Full-time contract throughout the school year
- Flexible hybrid schedule: options for five half days, two full days with one half day, and one remote day per week
- Competitive pay ranging from $45 to $55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
