Requirements and Qualifications:

• Hold valid certification as a School Psychologist
• Licensed or able to obtain licensure in the state of Kansas
• Experience in educational or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and district staff
• Familiarity with psychoeducational evaluations, interventions, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to a student-first, inclusive approach

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide direct and consultative services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff to promote students’ academic, emotional, and social development
• Prepare written reports and communicate findings to IEP teams and families
• Participate in team meetings to develop effective strategies and interventions
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Manage a caseload determined in collaboration with the school director via Zoom interview
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school, district, and state guidelines
