Full-time, on-site school psychologists are needed for the upcoming school year, with flexible assignments across early childhood through high school. You’ll work directly with students, staff, and families to ensure that mental health needs are met and educational goals are achieved.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s, Specialist, or Doctorate in School Psychology
  • Active Colorado CDE Special Service Provider License in School Psychology
  • Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience working in schools
  • Exceptional skills in student assessment, crisis management, and progress reporting
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in current technology and relevant software
  • Calm, solutions-oriented mindset, especially during crisis situations
  • Proven record of effective collaboration with diverse students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct services such as individual and group counseling based on IEP mental health goals
  • Lead assessments in cognitive, social/emotional, behavioral, and adaptive functioning; prepare comprehensive reports
  • Collaborate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, MTSS teams, and with outside agencies
  • Implement and monitor crisis interventions, safety planning, and threat assessments
  • Provide psychoeducation, professional development, and behavioral consultation to staff and families
  • Support students across the full K-12 spectrum, with assignments from early childhood to high school
  • Facilitate home visits, wellness checks, and help coordinate essential community resources
