What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Experience conducting behavioral and educational evaluations
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and intervention plans
• Excellent communication and consultation skills with students, families, and colleagues
• Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices in school psychology
• A commitment to cultural competency and equity in educational settings

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students referred through the special education process
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective IEPs and 504 Plans
• Deliver individual and group counseling services as needed
• Support crisis intervention efforts and provide consultation to staff on behavioral and social-emotional concerns
• Partner with teachers and administrators to implement evidence-based interventions and preventive strategies
• Engage with families to support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional success
