Grades 6 - 8 Licensed School Psychologist - Englewood, New Jersey

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid licensure as a school psychologist
• Experience supporting students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development
• Ability to conduct assessments, interpret results, and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with teachers, administrators, and families
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and educational assessments to inform interventions and support plans
• Consult with educators and parents regarding students’ learning, behavior, and social-emotional needs
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans for students requiring specialized support
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention for students as needed
• Support initiatives designed to promote student wellness and mental health across all grade levels
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other specialists and staff
