Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify students’ educational and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support student mental health and academic success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate findings and recommendations effectively
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive school climate by promoting mental wellness and preventative programs

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania
  • Experience working with K-12 students in school settings
  • Strong skills in psychological assessment, data interpretation, and report writing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
