What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting targeted student groups each week, delivering essential support tailored to individual and group needs
- Administering initial and annual evaluations for Special Education, as well as 504 assessments
- Completing reevaluations and maintaining precise, timely records for students receiving Special Education services
- Serving a caseload of approximately 45 Special Education students and supporting about 5 students with 504 plans
- Working collaboratively with teachers, administrators, families, and interdisciplinary professionals to develop and implement effective strategies
- Participating in IEP and student support meetings, and contributing to comprehensive student plans
- Providing psychological and educational support to foster academic and social-emotional growth
Desired Background and Skills:
- Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification or equivalent credentials
- Prior experience working with K–12 students is highly valued
- Experience conducting Special Education and 504 evaluations is preferred
- Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- A passionate commitment to the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional wellbeing of all students
Enjoy a consistent full-time schedule, working 40 hours per week from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, through June 2, 2027. This position offers a competitive hourly pay range from $55.33 to $62.75, depending on qualifications and experience.
