Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure/certification (or eligibility) for school-based practice in Minnesota
• Proven experience with psychoeducational assessments, counseling, and intervention planning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with educators and families
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in multiple school settings

Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations and assessments in areas such as learning, behavior, and socio-emotional functioning
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and intervention plans
• Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and support services
• Offer consultative guidance to staff for student academic and behavioral success
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment
