School Psychologist - Essex Junction, VT

Exciting contract opportunity for a School Psychologist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students across multiple sites within close proximity. This full-time position offers the chance to work Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week, engaging with K-12 learners across various grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Vermont (VT) School Psychologist license required
• Previous professional experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting
• Expertise in identifying and supporting students with learning disabilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to efficiently coordinate across multiple school sites (all within a 0.5 mile radius)
• Comfortable and reliable working onsite five days a week

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, totaling 50-60 assessments per year
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions and recommendations
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility and appropriate services for students
• Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver counseling and consultation services as needed
• Maintain detailed records and comply with all state and federal regulations
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive educational environment
