Qualifications:
- Current School Psychologist certification and Oregon state licensure (required)
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
- Comfortable working in both elementary and secondary school settings
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychological assessments
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments for students across K-12
- Participate in eligibility meetings, presenting findings and recommendations to multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all assessments, meetings, and student progress
- Contribute to crisis intervention, counseling, and proactive support for students as needed
- Provide consultative services to staff regarding best practices in supporting student mental health and learning
