Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility in Indiana
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or closely related field
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments, IEP meetings, and developing intervention strategies
- Strong knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and special education procedures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and work well within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Interpret assessment data and provide insightful recommendations for educational planning
- Participate actively in IEP and eligibility meetings, sharing findings with educators and parents
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and support plans
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to foster positive behavior and academic success
- Support crisis intervention and provide short-term counseling as needed
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
