Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility in Indiana
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or closely related field
  • Experience with psychoeducational assessments, IEP meetings, and developing intervention strategies
  • Strong knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and special education procedures
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads and work well within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs
  • Interpret assessment data and provide insightful recommendations for educational planning
  • Participate actively in IEP and eligibility meetings, sharing findings with educators and parents
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and support plans
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to foster positive behavior and academic success
  • Support crisis intervention and provide short-term counseling as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
