Key Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Experience with IEP development and participation in multi-disciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students referred for support
• Provide individual and group counseling services to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective intervention plans
• Participate in the creation and implementation of IEPs, 504 plans, and behavioral intervention plans
• Offer crisis intervention, consultation, and ongoing support strategies for students facing challenges
• Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in school meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training
