Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state credential as a School Psychologist
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- Experience working in a school setting, supporting K-12 populations
- Strong knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and special education procedures
- Proficiency in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological and educational assessments
- Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling to students as needed
- Serve as a trusted resource for teachers, administrators, and parents, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to data-driven decision making
