School Psychologist in Everett, WA

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering counseling interventions to students
• Strong knowledge of MTSS/RTI frameworks and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
• Ability to effectively consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs and supports
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a school-based or educational setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with IEP and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individual education plans
• Provide crisis intervention, consultation, and counseling services as needed
• Support the implementation of school-wide prevention and intervention strategies
• Maintain detailed reports and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local mandates
• Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
