School Psychologist in Everett, WA

As a contract-based School Psychologist, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators, helping to ensure every student receives the support needed to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active Washington state licensure or the ability to obtain it promptly
• Prior experience in K-12 settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse student populations
• Familiarity with IEP and 504 processes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs and eligibility for special education services
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative support to students and staff
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote positive educational outcomes
• Assist with behavioral intervention planning and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations for appropriate educational strategies and accommodations
