Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience supporting K-12 students in school environments
• Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing intervention plans
• Strong collaboration, communication, and consultative abilities
• Knowledge of behavioral management and response-to-intervention strategies
• Ability to support students from diverse backgrounds with empathy and cultural competence

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group assessments to identify students’ learning and behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective intervention strategies
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP and 504 planning
• Provide crisis intervention and promote a positive school climate
• Deliver consultative services and mental health support for staff and students
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
