Qualifications & Preferred Background:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with staff, families, and students
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with policies and ethical guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students as part of the special education process
- Design and implement effective intervention strategies and behavior plans
- Support teams in developing and monitoring IEP goals and accommodations
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions
- Partner with teachers, parents, and staff to address academic and behavioral concerns
