In this full-time contract opportunity, your work will focus primarily on grades P-4, offering support to four different sites. Each day, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychological services in a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with students in preschool through middle grades (P-8), with an emphasis on early childhood/elementary levels
  • Knowledge of psychological assessment procedures, behavior management, and intervention strategies appropriate for a school setting
  • Familiarity with case management of 40-50 students and delivering counseling to groups of 2-8
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork with staff, students, and families
  • Adaptability to work across multiple buildings in a district
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive school climate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological evaluations, assessments, and consultation services for students across four district locations, focusing primarily on preschool through 4th grade
  • Manage a caseload of 40-50 students, ensuring individualized plans and ongoing support are effectively delivered
  • Offer direct counseling to small groups (2-8 students) addressing emotional, social, or behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other stakeholders to develop intervention strategies and educational plans
  • Maintain detailed records and case notes for all students under your care
  • Attend team meetings and engage in multidisciplinary discussions regarding student progress
