Working full time from 8:15 am to 3:15 pm, you'll play a vital role across four buildings in the district, focusing primarily on P-4 students, while serving grade levels from preschool through eighth.

Bring your expertise in school psychology to manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 students, ensuring thorough and compassionate case management for those requiring academic and social-emotional support. Your skills in counseling will further benefit a select group of 2-8 students, creating a safe space for them to grow and thrive.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist certification or eligibility in New Jersey.
• Prior experience as a school psychologist in an educational setting, with a focus on elementary grade levels preferred.
• Strong background in student counseling, assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted counseling for students, focusing on early elementary grades (P-4), with some involvement across P-8 as needed.
