This contract opportunity offers positions across two elementary schools, serving K-5 students. Whether seeking full-time or part-time hours, you'll collaborate with educators, students, and families to foster an environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Previous experience with elementary school-aged children (K-5) preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social/emotional functioning.
  • Interpret assessment results and develop recommendations for educational programming.
  • Provide direct counseling services and consult with teachers to support student learning and well-being.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, writing relevant reports and goals.
  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions for students experiencing academic or behavioral challenges.
  • Support multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and collaborate on crisis intervention as needed.
