What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related area
  • Current certification or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
  • Knowledge of special education procedures, psycho-educational assessments, and report writing
  • Experience supporting students across diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with students, staff, and families

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering psycho-educational assessments for students on a caseload of 5
  • Interpreting evaluation results and making recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Consulting with teachers, families, and administrators to help meet student needs
  • Providing counseling, crisis intervention, or behavioral support as needed
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with all relevant regulations
  • Attending team meetings and contributing insights to support student success
  • Managing a schedule of approximately 35 hours per week in collaboration with school staff
