Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's or Specialist's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or the ability to obtain one for MI)
  • Experience in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing reports
  • Familiarity with assessment tools, special education law, and best practices in intervention
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with students, staff, and families
  • Comfortable working across multiple school sites
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students referred for special education services
  • Prepare and deliver detailed written reports and present findings in meetings

  • Consult with staff on academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns impacting student learning
  • Support the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
  • Maintain up-to-date and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
