Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification/license
  • Experience conducting comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations in a school setting
  • In-depth understanding of special education laws, best practices, and ethical guidelines
  • Strong background in the MTSS or RTI frameworks
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with educators, parents, and students
  • Demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete psychoeducational assessments, functional behavior assessments, and re-evaluations for students
  • Provide input within the MTSS framework and support data-driven decision-making processes
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement intervention plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist in eligibility determinations
  • Deliver crisis intervention and counseling as needed to support student well-being
