Desired Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license
- Experience conducting comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations in a school setting
- In-depth understanding of special education laws, best practices, and ethical guidelines
- Strong background in the MTSS or RTI frameworks
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with educators, parents, and students
- Demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete psychoeducational assessments, functional behavior assessments, and re-evaluations for students
- Provide input within the MTSS framework and support data-driven decision-making processes
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist in eligibility determinations
- Deliver crisis intervention and counseling as needed to support student well-being
