Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a School Psychologist in North Carolina (mandatory)
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
  • Background conducting psychological evaluations and assessments in school settings
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Certification as a School Psychologist preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify student needs and guide educational planning
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor intervention strategies
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well-being through evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records, reports, and documentation in line with state requirements
  • Consult with staff and administrators to promote effective learning environments and student success
