Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for school psychologist certification
• Experience with K-12 student populations, including assessment, intervention, and consultation
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of special education law and best practices for service delivery within schools
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to cultural competence and equitable educational practices

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students across K-12 caseloads
• Interpret assessment data and generate comprehensive, actionable reports
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and monitor interventions
• Participate in eligibility and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Contribute to the development of positive behavior support plans and social-emotional learning initiatives
• Serve as a resource for mental health awareness and preventative strategies within the school community
