Step into a meaningful contract position supporting K-12 students as a school psychologist near Fishers, IN. This opportunity offers the chance to make a real difference for students across the district during the 2026-2027 academic year, working onsite with diverse cases and collaborating with fellow professionals. With two openings available, you’ll help provide critical support and guidance wherever it's needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active or eligible certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience in school settings, ideally serving K-12 students
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible and responsive to varying caseload needs across multiple school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students referred for support
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention strategies
  • Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students
  • Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ social, emotional, and academic well-being
  • Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district-wide guidelines

This onsite-only contract runs from August 3, 2026, through June 7, 2027. You’ll work 35 hours per week, with a choice of 8:50 – 3:30 or 7:30 – 2:20 schedules to help fit your routine.
