Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students as a dedicated school psychologist in the district near Fishers, IN. This contract position is perfect for professionals passionate about fostering academic success and emotional well-being for learners of all ages. Two positions are available, beginning August 3, 2026, and continuing through June 7, 2027.

You'll enjoy a consistent 35-hour work week, following one of two schedules: 8:50am–3:30pm or 7:30am–2:20pm, always working onsite and making a real difference in the school environment.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in a K-12 educational setting, with a flexible approach to handling a diverse caseload
  • Strong knowledge of psychological evaluations, interventions, and consultative practices in schools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
  • Adaptability to work district-wide according to the school’s needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
  • Develop intervention strategies for students based on assessment findings
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to implement supports and interventions
  • Assist with the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts
  • Contribute to school-wide programs promoting mental health and positive student outcomes
