Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist license required
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload split between two elementary schools
- Demonstrated skill in conducting student evaluations and providing mild intervention strategies
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments (10–15 evaluations per school) and interpret results for educational planning
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student success and well-being
- Design and implement mild intervention plans tailored to individual needs
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention, behavioral management, and positive behavioral support
- Contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Work within two buildings, fostering strong, supportive relationships across both school communities
The assignment begins August 6, 2026, and runs through May 27, 2027, for a total of 37.5 hours each week. You’ll contribute your expertise to two vibrant educational environments and play a pivotal role in helping students reach their full potential.
