School Psychologist | Fishers, Indiana

This contract position offers two openings with a flexible weekly schedule (35 hours per week), starting August 3, 2026, and running through June 7, 2027. Key Qualifications:

• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or an equivalent field
• Experience working with K-12 students, including diverse learning and behavioral needs
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying caseload sizes and school needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and assist with creating individualized education plans
• Consult with teachers, families, and administrators to promote student success
• Provide counseling services, crisis intervention, and behavioral support
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and complete required documentation
• Stay current on best practices and continue professional development
