Two contract positions are available for dedicated professionals to work in a vibrant, inclusive school environment near Fishers, Indiana. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist in Indiana
- Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, learning differences, and behavioral interventions
- Experience working with K–12 populations in an educational setting
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and recommending educational and mental health interventions
- Excellent communication, consultation, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess student learning, behavior, and emotional needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs
- Consult with educators, families, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
- Support crisis intervention efforts and behavioral support planning
This contract role offers a consistent weekly schedule, with 35 hours per week, running August 3, 2026 through June 7, 2027. Schedule options include 8:50–3:30 or 7:30–2:20 to fit your routine. Caseloads are determined by student need, ensuring your expertise is applied where it matters most.
