Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification (Indiana or eligibility for reciprocity)
  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
  • Experience in conducting psychological and educational assessments
  • Solid foundation in behavioral intervention and data-driven decision making
  • Effective communicator, capable of working well with students, teachers, and parents
  • Familiarity with legal and ethical guidelines regarding school psychology services
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments to evaluate student needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide counseling and interventions for students facing behavioral or emotional challenges
  • Consult with educators, parents, and administrators to design strategies that support student success
  • Contribute to Response to Intervention (RTI) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) frameworks
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with all guidelines
  • Participate in professional development to remain current on best practices
