Key Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility for certification in Indiana
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, Response to Intervention (RTI), and state education laws
  • Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Previous school-based experience is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer a range of assessments and interpret data to guide instructional and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to develop strategies for student success
  • Participate in eligibility determination meetings, IEP meetings, and other student support sessions
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
  • Develop and implement effective prevention, intervention, and consultation services
  • Advocate for students and support their well-being within the school community
