School Psychologist - Fishers, Indiana

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Familiarity with developing and implementing student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
• Deliver direct and indirect psychological interventions and counseling
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support academic and behavioral success
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in the development of prevention programs
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development initiatives
