Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting assessments, facilitating individual and group counseling, and developing intervention strategies
  • Strong communication skills for consulting with teachers, parents, and administrators
  • Ability to analyze data, develop IEPs, and document services in compliance with local/state/federal requirements
  • Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning through formal and informal assessments
  • Collaborate with school teams to design and implement intervention and support plans
  • Deliver direct counseling to students and facilitate group interventions as needed
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and crisis response meetings
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families on issues related to learning, behavior, and mental health
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting on all cases
