This contract role offers a consistent 32.5-hour workweek, providing stability and work-life balance. You’ll work in-person, collaborating with school staff, students, and families, with K-12 caseloads available to match your expertise and interests.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Experience providing psychological services in educational settings
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including students, parents, and staff
  • Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and special education processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Adaptability to varying caseloads across multiple grade levels (K-12)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
  • Develop and participate in student intervention plans, including behavior management
  • Support crisis intervention and prevention services as needed
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Collaborate with educators to develop strategies for improving student learning and well-being
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements
